Having initially worked in the Kent & Sussex area, he moved to the Midlands in 1991, to establish his practice in Sutton Coldfield. In 1997, he set up a second practice, Summerfield House, in Bentley Heath, a short distance from Solihull, Knowle & Dorridge. He now practices exclusively from here.
Tom Munden has been listed on the statutory Register of Osteopaths, the General Council of Osteopaths (GOsC), having satisfied the Registrar that he is a legal, safe & competent practitioner under the conditions of the Osteopaths Act 1993. In the U.K., it is now illegal for an individual to call themselves an Osteopath unless they are entered on the Register. The GOsC`s role is to monitor standards of training & practice, maintaining strict ethical control over its members, thereby protecting the public.
